Crafting Dreams for Over Two Decades

Thank you for taking the time to read our history. Jason Veitch’s grandfather, Jack Duncan, introduced him to the construction industry when he was young. Jack had a trencher service and he worked for many home builders installing their waterlines on their new houses. As a teenager, Jason helped his grandfather in the summer’s when he was out of school installing waterlines. When Jason turned 18 years old, Jack gave him his business known as Jack Duncan Trencher Service. Jason wasn’t content with the trencher service as his forever business, he wanted to pursue his dream of building new houses. Jack had years of home building experience & carpentry. He had already built houses for himself and his family. Jack’s father was also a carpenter. Together, Jack & Jason bought a building lot, built a house, and sold it. The second house they built was a pre-sell. After building several houses and selling them, Jason realized that it would be in his best interest to also become a land developer so that he could get building lots easier & at lower prices. So, Jason began buying land and subdividing it into building lots to build on. Jason knew many home builders from installing their waterlines in the trencher service so he also started selling building lots to the builders he had worked for. By Jason’s mid 20’s, he had become a builder and a land developer.
